What is Buzzvira's exchange and return policy?

At Buzzvira, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with eligible returns or exchanges. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a request.

How does Buzzvira's return process work?

We accept returns or replacements for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective
  • Are incorrect due to our error
  • Are significantly different from the item ordered

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team using the email address provided in the website footer. Be sure to include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • The address listed on the package is not our return address.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return and exchange requests.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Which items are not eligible for return?

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier
  • Refused deliveries
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Underwear
  • Panties
  • Socks
  • Bra pads
  • Shapewear  

What are the conditions for exchanges or refunds?

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I request an exchange or refund?

To start a return or exchange request, please contact our Customer Support team before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return address.

How long will it take for my exchange or refund to be processed?

After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account again
  2. Contacting your credit card provider
  3. Contacting your bank for additional processing information

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed to ensure quick and efficient handling. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order is confirmed.

Orders may be changed within 24 hours of being placed.

After this period, changes may no longer be possible as orders may already be processing or prepared for shipment.
